Terms of use

The seller is Stone Bridge Books, Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona 4a, Savski venac, 11000 Beograd, Srbija. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +381 66 807 2200. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Skopje, North Macedonia. We answer by email on working days.

All prices are in Serbian dinars and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the basket before you order. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

Stock moves. If a book sells in the meantime we'll tell you and offer a swap, a wait, or a cancellation.

We try to keep everything accurate, but a wrong price or description is possible. If that happens we cancel the order and explain why, before charging anything.

Pressing "Order with obligation to pay" sends a binding order. The contract exists once we confirm your order by email; that email, with these terms, is your record of it.

We may cancel an order if the contact details are obviously wrong, or if the courier can't reach you after two attempts.

Until the parcel leaves us, an order can be changed or cancelled at no cost. Write to [email protected] and we'll confirm it in writing.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the deadline, by email to [email protected] or by post to the address above. You may use the form below, but you don't have to. Then return the book within 14 days of telling us.

We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement, but we may wait until the book is back with us or you show that you have sent it. Cash-on-delivery payments are refunded to a bank account you give us. You pay the direct cost of sending the book back. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling the book beyond what was needed to inspect it.

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of a book that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, as the law provides.

If a book arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or has a defect, submit a complaint by email to [email protected] or by post to the address above, with your order number, a short description and, if you can, a photograph. You may choose repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund, as the law provides.

We confirm receipt at once, reply within 8 days of receiving the complaint and resolve it within 15 days of its submission. We keep a record of complaints received. These terms do not limit any of your statutory rights.

We try to settle every disagreement directly and quickly. If we can't, you may start out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute before a body on the list kept by Serbia's Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade, and the seller is obliged to take part. You may also contact the market inspectorate. This does not affect your right to go to court.

We answer for the book we sell you and for our own mistakes in getting it to you. We aren't liable for internet outages, banking systems or courier services outside our control.
