Delivery & payment

Delivery costs 590 RSD. Orders over 5,000 RSD are delivered free, anywhere in Serbia. The same amounts are shown in the basket before you order.

Books are sent from our warehouse in Skopje. The courier delivers in 3-5 working days, anywhere in Serbia.

The courier calls before arriving, so give a number you actually answer.

For now, payment is cash on delivery, in dinars. The courier brings the receipt.

Card payment switches on once the bank opens the terminal. Until then there is no online charging on this site.

Open the parcel while the courier is still at the door if you can. If a book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us promptly at [email protected] and include a photograph if possible. We will replace it at our cost or refund you if a replacement is unavailable. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

For distance purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the book without giving a reason. Email [email protected] before the period expires, then return the book within 14 days. You normally pay the direct return cost. We refund the order and standard outbound delivery after receiving the return, and may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it. Any legal exceptions apply only where the law permits them.
